Gotta give a shout out to Holly. I ordered some bows from her http://www.dahollygbow.com/ and they turned out wonderfully. You can't see this one too well but be sure that's it adorable. I've already told all my friends at church all about the website.
I love these bows so much that I've started planning Mackenzie's outfits around her bows instead of dressing her and then seeing if I have a bow to match. THANKS HOLLY!!

On Wednesday our church had a bike parade for the elementary kids. They had bubbles, bikes, popcorn, popsicles (Abby had three-I found out later) and a lot of fun. Abby's trying to the hoola-hoop and darn it if she doesn't have some moves. My camera went kaput after this so that's all I have.
Hey did y'all know that popsicles calm down toddlers who are have a tantrum? Me neither-but I do now and it's my secret weapon. I will now always have my freezer stocked.

Mackenzie has taken over her brothers skateboard ramp and has turned it into her own personal slide. She slides down and screams "WEEEEEEE" over and over again. It's so stinkin' cute.

I wish I had more pictures of this weekend but like I said camera's not working so well right now. But I have to share this with you. Our Youth Group a/k/a The Hardcore Jesus Freaks at our church did the service today. It was awesome. There were a few teens that got up and gave their testimony (glad I had tissues with me), they sang and danced and put on skits. Miles loved being up there. Brian and I were so excited to see young people loud and proud about their love for the Lord. Sometimes we forgot how hard it is to be a teenager in today's world and how so much has changed. They are dealing with many more serious issues than even ten years ago. It's important for us to recognize those strong individuals who go against the grain and say "NO" to what is wrong and say "YES" to what's right. Pronouncing your love for God is not always the coolest thing to do especially in this day and age and especially among teens so when I see these kids expressing their faith so outwardly I just have to be proud.

Love the pics.

I live it when our youth to do the service too. They are the future of our church and to see them so on fire for God makes me realize I need to get back on track.
